1. Slide threaded bolts into flange slots.
2. Pull bolts all the way up into the flange.
3. Double stack retainers as shown.
4. Position toilet bowl seal.
5. Lower toilet over bolts.
6. Grip Cap/Fastener– tighten by hand.
7. Do not over tighten with tools.
